Discover the beautiful scenery that surrounds this simple home in Kvikkjokk. Perfect for overnight stays for day trips or temporary accommodation on the way to or from the mountain hike. Equipped with stovetop, kettle, microwave, coffee atmosphere with funnel for brew coffee and simpler cooking utensils as well as TV. A double bed and a top, duvets and pillows are available, however no bedding. Dry toilet. Water is collected from the mountain stream 100 meters from the cabin. For TV, own streaming equipment with hdmi outlet is required.

Cosy timber cottage with fireplace, a sauna and the mountains round the corner. A lovely place for hiking or seeing the midnight sun! Within walking distance there is a nice waterfall, river, and a delta land with channels. Hiking trails start in the village: -to near mountain peaks (Snjierak, Nammatj, Prinskullen) -Kungsleden & Padjelanta trail (to Sarek/Padjelanta National parks). Just staying in the cottage - sitting by the fire place or taking a sauna - is also a lovely experience!

Vuoka 1248 is the second part of our newly built, so-called "twin"cottage. Vuoka 1248 and Staika 1794 are located in the same building but are divided into two cottages. Here you sleep four, but with room for five, when the sofa bed in the living room is made up. The cottage was completed in 2019 and accommodates, on its 60m², an open kitchen, bright living room, a bedroom, large bathroom and a private sauna. In other words, Vuoka 1248 has everything you need for a really nice stay!
