My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Obytná časť dvojizbový byt(jedna izba je prechodná)s príslušenstvom bol čiastočne renovovaný,(kúrenie, okná, kúpeľňa) .Zachovali sa hrubé múry a stropné klenby. Dom má prirodzenú klimatizáciu. Relax with the whole family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. Cozy accommodation and relaxation in the private jacuzzi. The property is located in a residential area, so we do not accept loud parties, music, singing. Quiet hours after 22h should be observed. The accommodation is located at the crossroads to the Slovak Paradise High Tatras, Thermal parks (Aqaucity Poprad, Vrbov) and towns Poprad, Spišská Nová Ves and Levoča.
