This is a classic falur red little cottage with a lovely abundant garden in the summer months. Inside there is a combined living room and bedroom with double bed, a newly equipped bathroom with shower and a small country kitchen with fireplace. Neighbor of the house are pastures, fields and an old farmhouse. At the corner, a popular bike trail passes by and there are many nice rural walking paths to choose from. Two km away is Sala Silver mine and into the city center it is about five km. Bicycles are available to borrow.

With us at Blänkebo Gård you can book one of our two cabins for yourself. You will live in the countryside in Sweden's nearest town with proximity to a lot, but it is also excellent to just relax. The cottage is newly renovated but with preserved older charm and there is both underfloor heating and a wood stove for muzzling during the cold season. We have two cottages on the farm. Lake cabin with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: The ice is now March 19 still thick, but can start to become landless facing south. The snow about 10 cm. Any ski tracks nearby. Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.

In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, lies this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as self-catering for a longer period of time but even if you want to just stay the night.
