A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.

Sit out on the pergola with a glass and let the view do its thing! Eat fruit that you find in the garden, make yourself a sumner salad from the vegetable garden. Pick fresh herbs for your cooking or just relax in the hammocks while kids play in the sandpit. Have a fire in the firepit and toast few marshmallows.
