Cozy floor apartment central Kristianstad

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. The apartment is located right in the center of Kristianstad and directly adjacent to the C4 Group where you can get various treatments such as massage, skin care and foot care. Here in the city center there are several different restaurants that we are happy to tip about. If you want to go down to Åhus, the bus station is only a stone's throw from the apartment. A home in the middle of the city center yet quiet and peaceful as this weights towards a courtyard.

3 minutes to Ystad's commercial center/pedestrian street. From the apartment takupa you have a view towards Klosterkyrkan/St Petri church from 1267, the rose garden and the herb garden. The apartment is on the second floor with stairs up to about 40 sqm divided into a bedroom, small bathroom under slanted roof, open living room with dining area and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, coffee maker etc. Wifi, TV with regular TV range and radio included.

Completely newly built and newly decorated apartment bright and fresh. Private patio. The farm is open with stunning views of the fields. In the courtyard there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop pastry shop, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

Fully equipped loft. There is a larger living room with rooftop garbage both to the north and south. Open-plan that appears in the photos. Fresh shower/toilet. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction hob. A small red cast iron stove if you want to snuggle up after a lovely fall or winter walk. Double bed (two folded 90 beds) in the living room. There's also a smaller 90-bed in a nook. In the bedroom, there is a 120- and one 90-bed. There is also a crib. Bus stop is 300m away. Wonderful walking paths!

Cozy apartment on horse farm

Enjoy your holiday in a rural location with the animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as accessories for morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connection to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noises can occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. The apartment is on the second floor. Looking forward to receiving your reservation!
