The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, while the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The apartment is 43 sqm. In the garden there is a seating area for our guests. Tourist tax of €3.00 per person/ per night is included.

SeatimeThe apartment, which was completed in spring 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now there is nothing standing in the way of a relaxing "sea time". Independent room+bathroom in Überlingen BodenseeThis mini apartment has a private entrance, a double room with a little balcony and a huge bathroom with a wide shower. The view is on the garden of the house and the apartment is at the last floor of an antique typical house, just few steps from the lake. There is no kitchen but you’ll find a fridge and a coffee machine with cups and coffee and the boiler for the tea. You will have free WiFi and a smart TV. Überlingen offers many “Parkhaus”, also nearby, we haven’t unfortunately a private one.
