Ideal for fans of bullfighting given the proximity to the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza. Also noteworthy is the short distance to the Teatro de la Maestranza. Ideal for visiting Seville during Semana Santa and just fifteen minutes from the Feria de Abril venue. The loft has a spacious open living room with high ceilings and an integrated kitchen. All in all, a comfortable place to rest in a strategic location. The loft has two exclusive access courtyards for our guests. We have a crib and highchair available for children. The Loft is located in the Arenal neighborhood, a quiet and traditional neighborhood, just three minutes from the Cathedral, with many restaurants and terraces that will delight our guests. Among the most representative buildings near the Loft are the bullring of the Maestranza and the theater of the same name. They are located two minutes from the Guadalquivir River, a river of great importance for the city and through which they can walk quietly. Although given its location that makes it not necessary to travel by any means of transport, being in the historic center, there are only a minute's walk from a tourist bus stop where you can get to know the city. At the same stop, you have the possibility to hire a river trip along the Guadalquivir River. There is also a Bluemove stop in the area where you can rent a tour. For athletes , there are a wide variety of businesses nearby where you can rent bicycles, electric scooters, and segways and hire tour guides. There is a public parking lot nearby where you can leave your car. Bright, cheerful and beautiful apartment, close to the Cathedral.

Disfruta del encanto de este luminoso apartamento lleno de paz y tranquilidad. Relájate contemplando el mural que enmarca la cama y la colección de fotografías que están frente al sofá. Siente que el espacio te acoge y te hace sentir como en casa. El apartamento ofece llegada y salida autónoma. Estamos tomando precauciones especiales para desinfectar nuestro espacio debido a la pandemia y nos hemos comprometido a cumplir el protocolo de limpieza avanzada. Es un apartamento muy luminoso, situado en el corazón del barrio de Santa Cruz. A escasos metros de la Catedral de Sevilla y de los Reales Alcázares. Su decoración hace del apartamento un lugar único y muy acogedor. Estoy disponible para todo lo que mis huéspedes necesiten. El apartamento se encuentra en el barrio de Santa Cruz, a escasos metros de los principales monumentos de la ciudad de Sevilla. A su vez está muy próximo a la calle Mateos Gago, conocida por su ambiente y sus numerosos bares de tapas y restaurantes. Hay 2 parking de pago cerca. APARTAMENT "LIKE AT HOME I"

Apartamento muy amplio a estrenar en el centro de la Ciudad. Edificio de nueva construcción con muchos detalles. La cocina, aunque abierta al salón, es casi independiente a éste. El sofá se convierte en una cómoda cama de 190 x 150 cms con un buen colchón. El dormitorio es muy acogedor con un balcón a la calle, mucha luz y un enorme armario empotrado. En el baño hay un gran plato de ducha. Techos altos. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, viajeros de negocios, y familias.

Cozy apartment at Seville's city center with all facilities. We like to make our guests feel at home. You will find all the basics for breakfast, what-to-do indications, wifi and useful local information.
