The apartment has one large room with a sofa bed, two beds, two wardrobes, a work desk, a kitchen table and equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a small bathtub and a toilet. The tram stop, which takes 10 minutes to get to the centre, is located 4 minutes on foot. Free parking on the street in front of the house. High-speed internet access via wifi is available.
