Quiet safe neighborhood in the heart of the Verde Valley. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. This is perfect for a couple. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood which has great restaurants, 5 wine tasting rooms antique shops and boutiques We do live here and take great care of our home. No smoking property.

Our place is a cozy attached studio apartment with a private entrance. There is a queen size bed, kitchenette, and full size bathroom and nice vaulted ceilings throughout. It is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in west Sedona. Hiking trails are around the corner and grocery stores are a couple blocks away. We have the most efficient mini split heating and air conditioning unit available for those that appreciate a low carbon footprint.

Garden setting West Sedona in law suite. 350 sqft² self-contained studio with separate entrance. Suite is attached to the house with a shared front garden and deck. The Kitchenette is small but works for small meals. It is equiped with a sink, toaster oven, one induction burner , a microwave, mini fridge, electric tea kettle, french press, and cooking and eating utensils. It is close to all amenities and hiking and biking traiils.

GREAT BARGAIN for a private and very comfortable suite. Close to many of the famous trails like Devil's Bridge and just off of 89A where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. Or don't feel like getting out, then enjoy the wonderful wrap-around deck upstairs for watching the sunsets and stargazing or take advantage of the backyard oasis. Natural light & airy space: fantastic open concept, with fireplace. Relax or retreat to get some work done. Walk out of yard to hiking trails, or a minutes drive to jump on a tour in uptown.
