It is perfectly designed for 1 guest or a couple; has its own kitchenette, a full-sized bed, and a 100 year old footed tub w a shower. Small studio (#4) in the heart of SOMA

This small apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, separate desk/work area, full kitchen, and full bath. We live on the first floor and rent three apartments upstairs. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.

A 270 sq ft home fully equipped in downtown Little Rock. Dogs are allowed but we charge a fee of $5 each. 8 minutes from the air port, a 3 minute walk from McArthur Park which includes a dog park, a 10 minute walk from SOMA's nightlife and restaurants, and a few blocks from the Governors Mansion.
