Unsere schöne gemütliche helle Sousterrain-Wohnung von ca. 80 m2 + 12 m2 Terrasse in unserem 3 Familienhaus wartet auf Sie! Ein wenig Shabby Chic und Französich eingerichtet. Super geeignet für Paare, oder für Familien mit 2-3 Kinder, für Praktikanten oder Geschäftsleute, für Urlauber an der Lahn, für Radfahrer, die durch Hessen fahren oder für Leute, die Familienbesuch in der Nähe der Optikstadt Wetzlar machen. Wir sind sehr Familienfreundlich. Wir sprechen französisch, deutsch und englisch.

Adress: Scheidweg, 35580 Wetzlar (Nauborn), ring at Hüsch. The room is adjacent to the bathroom and has its own entrance. The door that leads to the rest of the flat can be locked. It's where my Brother Sergej (29), and I (31) live. Animals are welcome here, as long as they don't destroy anything. The bed (200x140) is upholstered and we have fast interntet. There are many park possibilites: " Zum Scheidweg" along the street. (please don't block garages 🤪)

Welcome to our 97m² modern 3 ZKB ground floor apartment. The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Wetzlar-Nauborn and borders directly on the walking trail "Lahnwanderweg" and the nature reserve "Wetzlarer Weinberg". The beautiful old town can be reached on foot or by bicycle in 2.5 km distance. ATTENTION: From the end of November 21 - until further notice (maximum 13 months) road work will take place. -
