Drive to Königssee. 100 m to the in-house parking lot, 150 m to the bus stop, 250 m to the supermarket with bakery, 700 m to café and pizzeria, 800 m to the main train station. From the balcony you have a clear view of the mountains. You'll love my place because of the fantastic mountain views, the large balcony with awning, the charm of a studio with dorm gallery with renovated shower room. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Our apartment is the ideal base for many activities. The Berchtesgaden National Park starts practically on our doorstep. Hikes to Grünstein, Jenner, Watzmann start from home. Also nearby are tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool, the Grünstein via ferrata and in winter cross-country trails, skiing on the Jenner and the artificial ice rink on Lake Königssee. Within a 10-minute walk you will find all shopping and various restaurants and inns. Bread roll service possible.
