The apartment has a new kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a storage room, a bright, a car parking space and spacious living room and a covered south-facing balcony. The cozy apartment is also suitable for possibly longer vacation stays. A washing machine and a drying room are located in the house. The apartment has a parking space and a bicycle storage room.
