In the middle of the artist district overlooking the water

Living directly on the Karl Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. Here "lives" the art scene (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property, the so-called Neuseenland begins. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. All no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl Heine Canal. Z.Z. are on the millennium field animals (including camels), of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet right in the middle of it.

Nestled between the Havel and the garden town, our 120-year-old fishing house convinces with its maritime flair, its far-reaching history and all sorts of sights in the immediate vicinity. The philosophy of the renovation in 2015 was to upgrade the house as ecologically and sustainably as possible. For example, the interior was built almost exclusively with clay and wood. The existing facility has also been refurbished and reused. The garden is natural.

My apartment has two separate bedrooms and a common living area with large dining table, leather sofa and TV. The kitchen is open to the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and washing machine. You rent the entire apartment for yourself. The house stands between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden. There is direct access to the shore. So if you want to go fishing or put your canoe/kayak in the Oberhavel, you can do it directly.
