Chalet of 42 m² very peaceful located in the middle of the mountains ideal for relaxation. Annecy North toll 15 minutes away. You enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walks and mountain biking on site. Playground, city stadium 1 km (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction kitchen, dishwasher ... Garden and shelters, garden and shelters, tables, tables, chairs, deckchair. We are pleased to host you in our adorable little house/ old masonry shed completely renovated and carefully refurbished in mid 2021. Beautiful south terrace shaded in the afternoon, really magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Chamonix needles, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation 2 steps. 2 parking spaces in front of the house. Wifi. No TV.

Come and enjoy a superb view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 40 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The cottage is located next to our main house while being totally independent.
