Spacious courtyard with Chinese and Western double kitchens, 5-bedroom house for 10 people to stay in a beautiful villa.

My small courtyard is located in the premium villa area of Lakeview Village, it is 550 square meters with two separate villas, a main house with a modern minimalist style and a handmade teak house.All sets of furniture are fully furnished with teak wood furniture according to the standard of the host's house, all appliances are equipped, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, night washer and dry night machine, Chinese and Western double kitchen kitchen utensils are of high quality.Hygienic sanitary ware is simple, clean and practical.Bedding is equipped with natural latex and Egyptian cotton, and there is a comfortable leather sofa in the living room.There is a large terrace on the second floor with a lying bed, a reading room, and multiple common relaxation areas throughout the courtyard.Extra hygiene standards.The first floor of the wooden house is a 36-square-meter open-plan leisure barbecue area, with a three-meter-long redwood table and a stool, a dedicated guest freezer, tableware, and an electric stove.The second floor is the bedroom with bathroom and relaxing terrace.The courtyard is lined with green trees, birds and flowers, and lined land. Discharge door is more than 200 meters to the lake, enjoy the beautiful lake and mountains, there are sunset and sunset and Doi Suthep mountain view, the residential road around the lake 4 km, you can walk and ride safely, there are free fitness equipment near the lake. The neighborhood has a high-end clubhouse, a gym, a 50-meter infinity pool and various ballparks, and a sailing club.There are also small restaurants.You can enjoy the same fees.The location is near the airport, it belongs to the city, 5 km from the old city.The neighborhood is very good, the street outside the gate is full of famous restaurants and bars, coffee shops, and the international school is one kilometer diagonally opposite the neighborhood.However, the neighborhood is large, about 1.7 kilometers to the gate, and 1 kilometer to the clubhouse.You can hear the airplane.
