The villa is situated in the hills at an altitude of 240 metres near the Adriatic Sea, surrounded by hundreds of olive and cherry trees on an area of 2 hectares, equipped with all amenities including air conditioning and WiFi. Completely restored in the style of classical architecture, but with modern bathrooms, it has elegant bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen and a living room. The two floors are not connected internally. The heated swimming pool is purified with salt, not chlorine. There is a 0.6 m deep children's section and a 1.4 m deep adult section with a Roman bubble bath ladder.
