The cottage is located at Östra Laxsjön overlooking the lake . From the jetty on the beach you can easily get into the clear water for a swim or why not take a ride with the rowing boat. The shallow sand bottom makes it very bathing friendly. Shared kitchen/living room with open plan where there is also a fireplace to burn in. One bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Kitchen with dining area +TV and sofa. Bathroom with shower corner and WC. Glazed terrace with lounge furniture. There is a wood fired sauna.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Nice lake view from the cottage and about 300 meters to swimming and barbecue area by the lake. Cosy cabin only 10 minutes by car from the famous Tivedens National Park. Amazing view to lake Unden, the largest fresh water lake in Tived. Fantastic to swim in when it's warm in the summer. Amazing sunsets and a very peaceful atmosphere. Romantic. The area straight down from the cabin by the water doesn't belong to the property but welcomes respectful visitors.

Welcome to Snickargården in scenic Stora Mosshult, Tiveden! Here you rent a charming newly renovated house built in 1886 with space for up to 8 guests. In the house there are all the amenities from our time but with saved details from the past. Hiking trails and swimming lake are within walking distance. Tiveden's sights are close by and can be reached by bicycle or car. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, as many of our guests are fur allergic.
