It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzach Valley, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. The log cabin is embedded in nature, surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal also for dog owners. A small guest house is nearby and can be used for breakfast. You'll love my place because of its healthy wood construction, tasteful living-kitchen, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views, good air. My place is good for couples.

In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site in just 2 minutes on foot, as well as numerous walking and hiking trails. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.
