In the large garden bordered by spruce trees with a terrace and barbecue, there is a round pool (5.5x1.3m) and a double carport.
Ground floor: kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom (shower, hanging toilet, washer-dryer). The inner staircase leads to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms and an corridor are located.
