You will love staying in this fresh remodeled basement apartment which has a separate entrance and separate garage to park your car(s) and store ski/snowboard gear, bikes, etc. Nestled right at the base of Little Cotton Wood Canyon in Granite with beautiful views of the Wasatch Mountains and only minutes away from Utah’s amazing ski resorts (8 miles to Snowbird/Alta), and hikes. It is also terrific for traveling workers. The space is very spacious (2,000 sq ft) and cozy! Tons of daylight.

We love your pets,limit 2 under 30 lbs We have the best location 30 minutes to our beautiful mountains, 1-1/2 block to Sandy TRAX Station, 5 min walk to ski bus, 20 mins to downtown SLC and Temple Square. Awesome restaurants, grocery stores close by, or cook your meals in our kitchen. Outside security camera & a 6' gate/fence that surrounds the property. Keypad lock on door & gate, private entrance. Enjoy our comfortable queen beds Our shower has a never-ending supply of hot water. !!

Cottage at 15th and 15th

This cottage is in a large backyard behind the main house. It is a nice place to stay if you are visiting family in the area, but want your own space. The cottage in a quiet neighborhood with cafes and a book shop right around the corner. It is also a mile from Sugarhouse Park and the Sugarhouse business district. We are 3 miles from downtown, yet only 30 - 50 miles to the mountains and 9 nine different ski resorts. It is about 5 minutes to the freeway depending on traffic.
