Great view from last floor! English speaking

Our apartment is a bit unique in Saint Jean de Monts, thanks to a very personal and artistic touch. We are sure you will appreciate the view on the beach and the forest from the large balcony, where we recommend you to take your breakfast. The apartment is located right next to the beach (facing the ocean), nearby the tourisme office and the new swimming-pool. Last floor with elevator, private parking and easy access to the forest and cycle-ways. Internet available (wifi with great connection).

Completely refurbished studio. Located on the embankment , the 6 m2 balcony with table and deckchairs offers a stunning view of the ocean,the boom and the island of Yeu . Opposite the fine sandy beach of Saint Jean de Monts . This accommodation is ideal for a stay as a couple . Numerous restaurants and bars in close proximity . Sailing school sector, surfing, Thalasso, tree climbing, golf , tennis.. . City center about 800 m away. Numerous free parking spaces in close proximity.

Very nice apartment ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. In front of the sea with large southwest facing balcony. 2nd floor without access. Fully equipped kitchen where you can find everything you might need. A very nice bathroom with an Italian shower. On the sleeping side, I chose a high-end BZ that ensures a comfortable bed and a comfortable 2-seater bed on the side of the night space. Direct Access to Beach with no road to cross. Close to nautical base,thalassotherapy, golf.
