Accommodation with independent entrance (outdoor staircase) located in the center of the village of Saint-Méthode ( now Saint-Félicien ) on the 2nd floor of my ancestral residence. Accommodation: 1 double bedroom, bathroom ( bath and shower ), living room and dining area ( it's not a full kitchen) with small fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker , cutlery , coffee, milk ,infusion, sugar etc. Balcony with table and chairs overlooking the river. Garage available for bicycles or motorcycles .

Résidence lumineuse située en bordure du lac Tchitogama. Les paysages sont grandioses. Le lac a la majesté d'un fjord mais demeure calme: baignade sur plages de sable fin, randonnées en kayak et de pêche sont à l'honneur. Sans parler du spa intérieur et des feux de camps... Notre résidence, à flanc de montagne, est très spacieuse. Elle est impeccable en tout point: propreté, équipement, balcons avec vue panoramique pour s'y reposer et vivre de bons moments entre vous.

The home is on the main route 169 and sits on approximately 6 acres of cultivated wooded land. The home consists of 2 separate units. Real and Gaetane live n the lower unit permanently and take care of the property. The upper unit is completely renovated in 2019.
