Gorgeous updated 1902 Dutch Colonial with unique loft-style feel. You have entire main floor with outdoor patio. Perfect for a couple, two couples or single relocating (with lots of storage), or friends/family up to five. Both bedrooms have new queen beds with their own full baths (one with a two-person shower, the other a tub), with Starck low-flow toilets. Beds have locally made high-quality down duvets with allergy protectors on mattresses and pillows and quality soft microfiber sheets. Extra-long couch in living room sleeps a fifth guest. Amazing modern, wood and stainless sun-drenched kitchen has Jenn-Aire gas stove, farm sink, stainless built-in fridge and huge oak island. My wife is an amazing French trained cook, so the kitchen is well stocked. Living room has 50" 4K TV with all streaming services and a gas fireplace. Forced-air central heat and AC keeps things just the right temp. Washer/dryer in unit. Coded locks make entry a breeze. Wifi is blazing fast. Great relocation option, business or corporate stays, events or sightseeing, visiting relatives, or checking out the music or sports scene. Light rail goes directly downtown (4 min), stadiums (12 minutes) and the University of Washington (3 min). We know you'll love it here. It has a charming private feel yet access to everything. Private front porch or side patio French door entrances via keyless code. (Just a few steps up for those concerned about stairs). Amazing gourmet kitchen, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and Asko washer/dryer. Dining room has a table and chairs that can be moved out of the double doors onto a private patio for al fresco dining on gorgeous days. Each bedroom has a private bath. A guest on the living room couch will need access to a bedroom bathroom. Parking available for a car in our driveway or at a pay lot very close by if you vehicle is too large or you have more than two. If you want privacy to focus on business, you won't even know I am nearby. However I am always up for a chat, glass of wine, tasty beer or Seattle's famous coffee if you like to meet the locals. I would love to tell you about the neighborhood, city and what to see or leave you to relax in this amazing location. The hippest, oldest, diverse walk-able neighborhood. Classic 1900s single family houses close to sparkling new apartments. My house is tucked into a quiet corner of this vibrant neighborhood of shops & restaurants. Walk score rated as a Walkers Paradise & Excellent Transit. Capitol Hill station is four blocks away, ride share arrives in minutes at any hour, great nightlife, the best coffee shops in Seattle and all day and late night food & drink. It is all right outside the front door! Walk! The walk score here is near perfect at 98! Light Rail to Airport, Stadiums, Downtown malls and Public Market (Westlake and Pacific Place), Convention Center, Light Rail to the Airport (40 min), Stadiums (12 min), Downtown shopping (5 min) or University of Washington (3 min). Street Car to Pioneer Square, hospitals, or stadiums. Uber: Car Share everywhere. Car2go, ReachNow, ZipCar, Lyft and Uber always nearby in minutes and $5-10 to downtown. My wife and I have a small non-allergenic terrier rescue that we love, but... guests animals are discouraged because of the central location next to busy roads, hardwood floors and allergies of other guests. If you have one, please ask my permission first. Maddy is quiet, but does go nuts when the postman or UPS guy comes to the door.

Gather for alfresco outdoor dining off the kitchen. Following a day's hike from one of the many trail heads relax and take in the beauty from the decks. Views from every room to the surrounding forest. Down a long path is the entrance of the home. Not appropriate for guests with limited mobility. Renovated with new furnishings, beds and high quality linens. Refinished original hardwood floors throughout. Renovated kitchen features restored vintage Wedgewood range, Kohler farmhouse sink with Brizo faucet, new Kitchen Aid dishwasher, and custom cabinetry. Thoughtfully designed custom lighting, as well as lighting by Restoration Hardware & Rejuvenation. My husband and I live in the neighboring town of Tiburon, and use this home occasionally as a nearby retreat to rest, enjoy the outdoors, and spend family time with our kids living in nearby San Francisco. Kindly note our strict policy precluding any gatherings larger than 6 guests. To access the house, please note the entry includes a relatively long pathway leading to our home. The redwood steps are newly built and comply with code standards for outdoor steps (evenly spaced, graded with proper incline, and tread height). Due to the many steps it may be challenging for those with limited mobility or small children. You have access to the entire home during your stay, as well as nearby public walking trails into town. I will provide my guests with access information to the house a couple of days before arrival. There will be additional information about the house on a welcome letter there inside; and, while your privacy will be completely respected, we are happy to be available to answer questions. Nestled in the hills, the property boasts a scenic walking path which leads down into Mill Valley town square. The nearby station offers bus transportation into San Francisco. Muir Woods National Monument is also located within an easy drive or an adventurous two and a half mile hike. It is most convenient to drive to our place. To get around Mill Valley there are many interesting walking paths and trails to explore the immediate area. Uber and Lyft are convenient for rides leaving the town square. For day trips into San Francisco, ferries depart from nearby Sausalito & Tiburon. Also, bus transportation into SF leaves from the Mill Valley town square. House layout includes— upstairs: one queen bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, vintage style bathroom, deck with dining furniture, office, and music/art room—this level does not have central heating, but does have radiant floor heating in bathroom, remote control heater in bedroom, & radiant heaters in kitchen and living room. downstairs: three bedrooms, cedar lined bathroom, living room with TV, laundry room, and two decks with lounge furniture; this level does have central heating. Summer has access to great hiking, and in the winter, access the World-class Snowmobiling. In Winter months the roads are packed snow, a 4x4 vehicle and driving experience in snow is required. Just a mile away, join the Coburn and Harold trail heads: two moderate hikes with amazing views. Sitting at 9,200 ft, you will need a 4WD and Winter driving experience in the winter due to snow-packed roads. We are 40 mins from the closest grocery store. Make sure you get all your food and supplies prior to coming up. The closest market is city market in the Town of Eagle. Also from Oct-May you will want to have a AWD or 4WD vehicle. With the uncertainty of colorado weather in high coutry you want to be prepared for anything. We do keep all the roads plowed when needed. Timeless Mid-Century Home near Downtown and Ski Canyons

Enjoy the charm of fully-renovated 1950s family home, meticulously furnished to celebrate its mid-century roots. With a super-central location it's a breeze to explore Salt Lake. Find world-renown skiing and hiking up the Cottonwood canyons to the right, or turn left to explore downtown. Park City is just 35-minutes away via scenic Parley's Canyon. Or stay in — craft meals in a fully-stocked and modernized kitchen and cozy up by the wrap-around retro fireplace to relax after dinner. And if you're working remote, 200mbps 5Ghtz WiFi will make those video calls as smooth as butter. We wanted to make our ideal, luxury SLC getaway... and this is it! We completely renovated this 1959 house to give it the modern features we couldn't live without, while still keeping a timeless, retro style. This is for the entire, separate upstairs apartment, which features 3 bedrooms each with queen beds, and 1.5 baths – so it's perfect for the whole fam! Our favorite feature – the cozy, wrap-around fireplace...perfect for a warm night in while it snows. And the deep-soak tub is a close second. The place also has a new, modernized kitchen, separate washer and dryer, and of course dedicated private front & back entrances. You'll be able to access the property with a unique code on our keyless locks. Also please feel free to enjoy the big backyard! There's outdoor seating and a grill. Plus we have lots of grass to hang out, play catch, lounge, etc. Parking is on the street in front of the house. Please try to avoid parking in front of our neighbors if you can – there is room for 3 cars. We live in the basement with our own separate entrance, so most of the time we probably won't see you (unless you want to say hi!) That said, we're always just a message or knock away should you need anything. And if we're out of town, our co-host Celina lives just a few minutes away in case of emergencies. This upstairs unit of our home is in the leafy Salt Lake City suburb of Millcreek, located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with no through-traffic. Just off Highland Drive, its easy to access all Salt Lake has to offer. Get to the airport in 20 minutes, downtown in 15, and the canyons in 20. Plus the home is surrounded by restaurants and shopping, even with coffee shops within walking distance. Should you need anything, the hosts are nearby. You'll be close enough that you'll typically drive city and side streets to get everywhere. That said, the I-215 and I-15 freeways are 7 minutes away if you want to go farther faster. Plus local bus routes surround our home – A 5-minute walk to the nearest stop and you can get literally anywhere.

Riverside Grouse Creek Inn Right on The Eagle River

Listen to the burbling river from the private hot tub to a mountain backdrop, while the deep jetted tub in the main bathroom is an equally welcome sight. The gourmet kitchen has a Viking stove, while the wood-rich interior includes 2 gas fireplaces. New luxury king mattress and bed in the main bedroom! This property used to provide the "Rooms on the River" when it was part of the Minturn Inn on Main street. Now this coveted spot is all for you. Tucked out of the way on a quiet street it's the perfect place to relax after a hard day of mountaineering. The apartment consists of the great room and the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bedside fireplace, en-suite bathroom with jetted bath tub, glass shower and hot tub right outside your bedroom door. The main room contains a queen bed with privacy curtains which has direct access to the main bathroom and shower. The main room also contains a full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, round table that seats 6, 50" tv with cable, and pull out sleeper sofa. The apartment opens directly out to the yard right on the river. The entire apartment is private including private entrance. The yard is shared with us, however we rarely use it since our children prefer the front/street side of the house where they can ride their bikes! My wife or I will often be out fly-fishing in our backyard river in the summer evenings. We're happy to share the space and tell you what's biting! Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible. Or even high-heel accessible. Boots are recommend to walk through the shoveled path that takes you to the riverside entrance. There is a rope handrail to help guide you but you must be sure-footed. Our family of four live in the completely separate upstairs. I'm normally available for anything that comes up, but do not want to impede on your relaxing riverside vacation. Minturn is a small ski town away from the bustle of Vail and Beaver Creek. Stroll to several restaurants, a winery, quaint gift shops, a record store, and perhaps the best fly shop in the mountains. Ski, raft, and mountain bike just minutes away. There is free parking in the driveway. There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away that will take you to Vail for $4. Ubers and taxis are also available. Our home and property is non-smoking. No pets please. Pack n' Play with fitted sheet in unit. Ironing board/iron, fan, extra blankets, picnic basket/backpack, hair dryer in each bathroom.
