Within walking distance to Falls City’s downtown and in a premier north side quiet and cozy neighborhood. WiFi, TV, Kitchenette with combo toaster oven appliance, fridge/freezer and coffee pot (no stove), Washer & Dryer, closet space. Many amenities and necessities provided. Parking nearby on side street. Compact car in driveway parking may be available, but not guaranteed.

Large Lakefront Home

Spacious lakefront home on Big Lake Missouri. 3 bedrooms with a very spacious master bedroom. Two 75" TVs if you manage to not be outside enjoying the views. There's also a large dining room table that seats six comfortably but people usually sit around the large kitchen island. Fiber optic wifi connection so you can stay connected if you want. I live here part time so the kitchen really is fully stocked with most everything you could need. Covered roof over deck also.

Boat House in the middle of the Little City. 1 Single Bedroom, 1 Bath, , Kitchen fully stocked, laundry room and a wonderful porch with swings and rockers to relax at the end of the day. Centrally located, quiet, safe neighborhood, just 5 minutes from downtown, churches, 14 restaurants, and 3 grocery stores. Clothing & gift shops, museums, and coffee havens. Local lakes, public swimming pool, 9 miles from the river, and Big Lake State Park and even buffalo to see.

Loft above barn

Cool loft above a barn where we salvaged bits and pieces from other barns to make this space. Very rustic and unique. 2 bedrooms, a loft with an air up mattress, and a full couch, love seat, and recliner. Horses and cattle are always around. The barn it is in is the local hang out and farmers and friends come in and out to have drinks downstairs, they cannot get upstairs but sometimes there is noise but you’re always welcome to hang out with us!

Very spacious 2-bedroom home located right at Big Lake, walking distance to the boat ramp, park area, and a lot away from the store that has alcohol, food, groceries, and supplies. Big Lake, MO -- 8 miles off I29-Mound City Exit where you can find plenty of dining, bars, and a Dollar General Store for your needs.
