Lovely new house in small town

We're renting out the house we've built near to our property, in Quistello, Mantova province. The house is brand new (no one has lived in it yet), with all comforts and a small private garden. The ground floor is made of: the entrance/living room, the kitchen, one bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the attic, with parquet and hammer-beamed roofs, where there are one bedroom and one more bathroon. All rooms are spacious and full of light. Quistello is a small and quiet town in the countryside, where you can enjoy long walks and bike rides, and visit a number of 'agriturismi' where the best organic food is served! Though far from the chaos, Quistello is close to a number of tourist places: San Benedetto Po, with its worldwide-famous Benedictine abbey, is just a 10-min bus/car ride away; Mantova, a jewel of Medieval architecture and the capital of September vibrant Literature Festival, is half an hour away. Also, Verona and Bologna are easily reachable by train (50 mins), as are many other destinations. All this makes our house the perfect location for tourists in search of peace, relax and good food, who also want to have a look at some of Italy's most interesting cities. Your hosts will be a couple in their early 60s: Annateresa is a doctor, Enzo has recently retired and is now devoting his time to the garden, some house work (he's a great house-husband!), some volunteering and.. university, which he's decided to join again, after a 35-years break! The house sleeps three/four people (ideally a couple + kids); we'll make special offers for solo travellers.
