When you look for relaxing summer place you are on the right place, only 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, shops and restaurants Facilites Full equipped kitchen with washing machine, coffee machine, water warm up machine, toaster, oven, refrigerator, microwave, TV, sofa with bed possibility, bed line leisure. A bedroom with a double bed ( 160 cm ) and storage possibility as well as a bathroom with a shower and a nice living room ( sofa for 2 person ).

Stunning refurbished property ,offering breathtaking views,to the sea,and Fuertaventura. Very private, and not overlooked, in a rural area ,but close to Puerto del Carmen. Fantastic terraces for sunbathing, and dining. Built in barbeque,Hot tub, and pool table, all on ground level. On the upper level, an open plan lounge/fully fitted kitchen, spacious bedroom and large shower room. 42" flatscreen tv with full tv package, free internet. Off road parking, and lockable gate. Beach towels provided.

Very cozy apartment located on 1st floor. Take advantage of its generous dimension (80 m2) both for the terrace and patio and for its interior. Take advantage of its luminosity and avoid the high number of dark "tube" apartments so widespread on the island. Its position in full curve of the access street makes possible a beautiful view of the sea from both the living room and the main terrace. Located in the third row they make it a quiet place from the hustle and bustle of the main avenue.

Basic price for 2 people in 1 bedroom!! We offer a fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment on the main street of Puerto del Carmen beach. You can relax wonderfully in the quiet complex and a community pool invites you to cool off. You'll find many restaurants and shops nearby. However, the apartment is wonderfully quiet because the bedrooms are in the back. The A/C is paid (1€=2h)
