Cozy and modern furnished holiday home in Wandlitz in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, directly on the Oder-Havel Canal, between Berlin and Werbellinsee. Perfect starting point for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists as well as excursions to Berlin and surrounding area. Great complete equipment, with a fireplace for a cozy vacation. With a free location, nature view of the field and harbor water, it is a special object in the harbor village! The complex is young, but all the houses in our neighborhood are structurally completed.

Our light-flooded house is in a prime location in the port village of Zerpenschleuse 45 minutes by car north of Berlin. By public transport you can reach your destination from HB Berlin in a good hour. There is a lot to discover: hiking/ cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Wildlife Park or in the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golfing, paddling , swimming in the neighboring lakes, everything is possible. Two new bicycles are available for 10 euros / day and bicycle.

Detached small house with about 70 sqm Living space for about 3 people and about 1300 square meters of fenced garden, please make the dog owners request in advance and plan an additional 8 euros per day. Leisure activities: Flaeming skate (bike+inliner) approx. 150 km distance length, Fläming Therme, Tierpark. Train connection and city center of the house in 5 min by bike. Berlin and Potsdam about 30-40 minutes by train. Spreewald, Tropical Island for about 1.5 hours.

Pure relaxation surrounded by animals, meadows, fields and forests. Located in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, here you can enjoy peace and quiet and relaxation surrounded by our sheep, llamas, donkeys and cats. There is a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk ( ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds. Our house is located only 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a protected landscape area . There is a direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but which is usually only used as fishing waters. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, Hollywood swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

The holiday home in Berlin was completely redesigned and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx.130 sqm, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & TV satellite in each living room and bedroom. We hope to have found a cozy and warm furnishing style with the renovations and that there is something for young and old!
