A peaceful, nicely appointed area with a landing, full bath, and separate large bedroom. The landing has a bar with coffee maker, cups, coffee makings. There is a microwave and minifridge also. In bath are lots of towels, shampoo etc. The bedroom, with a comfy queen bed, extra pillows/blanket, has an antique dresser and table with chairs for dining, work. Large windows let in lots of sunlight; dark, heavy curtains, pulled closed, shut out light for undisturbed sleep. 5 blks to downtown Valpo.

Beaches are only 15 min by car especially the Indiana Dunes for sun & hiking. Go to Chicago 40 min west if you want the big city life of theatre, sports, restaurants, & shopping or go to Michigan 40 min east if you want wineries, small town shopping & restaurants or surfing. We are in the middle of the best of both worlds.
