Port Melbourne is an inner suburb close to the CBD with a great holiday atmosphere. It's busy by day, quiet at night. It has its own beach, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, gyms, and public golf courses a short drive. Close to public transport directly into Collins St passing Crown Casino and Spencer St railway station, 2.5km from Timber Yard events. No need for car if you don't want to drive. Included is secure dedicated parking underneath the building. The CBD is barely 3K away, directly linked via 15 min commute on the light rail, tram 109. A current Myki card can be supplied for convenience you just need to top up at the shop around the corner. Convenient 5 minutes to Spirit of Tasmania boat dock. 250m (approx) away from beach esplanade and short stroll to boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, gyms, gourmet supermarkets and South Melbourne Market. 5 kilometres of uninterrupted beach esplanade. Outdoor exercise facilities, water sports, jogging, bike tracks. Nearby Station Pier, close to trams, buses. Close proximity to parklands, Southgate shopping and Crown Entertainment Casino. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite.
