Be our guest! You will love this condominium that has a walkout to the pool and overlooks the Ixtapa Marina. Playa El Palmar is a beautiful beach that is only a 5 minute walk. The accommodation is good for couples, retiredes, adeventurers, and families. There is a gym, full laundry, and Snack Bar. The Snack Bar has very reasonable prices and a variety of options. A less than 10 minute walk there are restaurants shopping stores, groceries and restaurants.

It has everything you need for you to spend an amazing holiday. The ocean view is perfect from the kitchen, from the dining room, from the living room, in the master bedroom or on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook with all the accessories. The service is top notch, the waiters are always very attentive in case you need a botana or a drink in the pool. They can walk to the restaurant area, the marina, or shopping malls.

Perched on the bluffs, 100' above the Zihuatanejo Bay between Madera and La Ropa beaches sits El Nido 1. The reviews speak for them selves, the view and amenities offered at El Nido 1 are second to none in the Zihua area. All Zihua has to offer is within a 20-minute stroll, with easy access to taxis and buses make getting around a breeze.
