The farmhouse is located 11 km from the lake on a hill in the woods of the Umbrian countryside near the Castello di Reschio, to get there you have to make a final stretch of 800 meters of white road, the nearest village is 6 km. The apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms with two double beds, kitchen and bathroom, in the large room there is a single bed, in the living room there are two sofas. There is a small above-ground swimming pool of 3 m. X 5 m.

In May 2022 we embarked on the wonderful project of bringing our farmhouse back to life, along with its two glorious apartments. It has been an absolute labour of love but we are delighted with “Casa Tre Pini”, and look forward to sharing it with you. The house sits within the Pian de Marte valley - a beautiful unspoilt area with stunning views. It’s likely that more than 2000 years ago Hannibal marched past this very spot with his 40 elephants.
