It is located in building in quiet part of Kotor called Dobrota. Building is located next to main road so this is ideal position because its great for visiting all parts of Boka Bay. The apartment is 200 meters from the Old Town, 10 meters from the beach. Near the apartment there is a shopping center. It is about 1 km away from the bus station, and from the Tivat airport 10-15 minutes drive. Near the apartment there is a bakery (2 minutes from the apartment), there is also a restaurant which is located by the sea where you can relax with our traditional food and glass of wine. The bathroom renovated in 2024 😊

In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine, also few minutes walking from the apartment. We have a big garden, where you can enjoy in quite atmosphere and summer breeze.
