A gorgeous tastefully and refinedly restored serene stone villa has been elegantly decorated and equipped with every comfort. Pale colors, ample space and large wrought-iron French doors, stone and terracotta floors, and bleached wood beams make for a relaxing and delicate environment. The ground floor, with large arches, houses the living area. Large glass doors lead directly to the living room with comfortable sofas and spacious dining room. A bright environment divided only by large arches that also houses a comfortable full bathroom and a kitchen equipped with every comfort. The kitchen is equipped with all the most modern accessories, very spacious and equipped with a dining area, ideal for quick breakfasts and lunches. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where we find a second living area with direct access from the garden. The living room has sofas, armchairs and a large TV. The sleeping area consists of 3 suites, each with private bathroom (2 with bathtub, 1 with shower) and characterized by unique colors and decorations. The two master bedrooms each have access via a private staircase, and both have a large en-suite bathroom. All three bedrooms have a queen size bed. The large garden offers guests a large swimming pool with panoramic views. The garden also has a relaxation area around the pool and a large equipped pergola, ideal for great barbecues and outdoor dining. On the terrace, there is a nice loggia, equipped with table and chairs and perfect for enjoying a great breakfast or relaxing with a great glass of wine. The owner of the Villa, a very discreet American gentleman, lives in a small annex with its own separate entrance inside the property and will be at your disposal for any assistance or to provide you with some useful tips for your vacation. The Villa, pool and garden are for the exclusive use of guests only and are not used by the owner.
