It consists on the ground floor, a large equipped and furnished kitchen, living/dining room, a bedroom with 2 90 x 200 single beds, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms with storage, a bathroom and separate toilet. It is close to Rennes airport, the Parc des Expo, Bruz and is located in an enclosed and wooded park. Linens and bath towels are included in the price.
