Il B&B è in una posizione molto comoda per chi vuole visitare Venezia. La fermata del bus è a 50 metri. Da qui si raggiunge il centro storico di Venezia (in 25 minuti) e la stazione ferroviaria (in 20 minuti). I bus sono frequenti. La via dove si trova è estremamente silenziosa e vicina a un piccolo parco. Il quartiere è tranquillo. Questa mia bella esperienza con i viaggiatori di tutto il mondo ha avuto inizio nell'anno 2013 e da allora, con piacere, offro una ospitalità discreta ed amichevole

Ideal room rental for family

The balcony room is bright, spacious and quiet. The room can accommodate up to 3 people. The room is equipped with heating and air conditioning. The bathroom is shared with another room. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and the kitchen is not available for cooking but is at your disposal for breakfast. It is not possible to have dinner or lunch. Washing machine are available for a fee (€ 5). Free check-in from 2pm to 9pm. Outside this hour there is a supplementary price of €20.00..

Our house is immersed in the countryside a few kilometers from the city of Este. It was an old agricultural building that we restored in the early 2000s. Our dream was to live in the countryside.
