New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. Bed linen, one towel, and one bath towel per person are included. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, it starts right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. There is ample opportunity for walking and biking to the scenic Enebærodde. A gem for nature lovers year-round. You can shop at the nearby campsite or in Otterup. There is a heater and wood-burning stove. The tenant provides firewood themselves. Animals are not allowed in the house! Electricity is invoiced upon departure - 7kr (1euro)/kWh.

Føns is the place where there have always been people

Log house! saw a real cottage/summer house, where it exudes grandma coziness! No TV , but lots of books and games. (there's good 4G connection). It is cozy when the stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. With 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a beach., as well as a small bathing jetty where you can just grab a morning dip. If you are fishing, you go out and catch plaice or other fish species.
