Beautiful apartment in a safe and quiet area. 45 sqm patio overlooking Østensjøvannet Lake. 10 min. busride to downtown Oslo. Internet (fiber 500 MB) and cable TV. Fully furnished and comes with all appliances and equipment: stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Fully equipped with plates, pans, cutlery, etc: everything you need. Underfloor heating. The apartment is located in a detached house, but with a separate entrance. Well insulated. Free parking in the road. Great location

The apartment is 67 square meters. You will share with me and have access to the kitchen and bathroom ang living area. Salt, pepper oil +++, Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is for free. Towels and bed sheets are included. I live here partly with my to children and partly alone. I rent out the room when my children are with dad. If You travel by car, you can park the car in the street charge free. You just need to find a free place. Normally it's not a problem.
