The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft. 10 min to village of Naples. House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff. Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace. Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

There are multiple wineries and breweries that are just a short drive. Penn Yan, Hammonsport & the town of Naples just a short drive. Kueka Lake State Park 5 miles away.
