Lovely little F2, completely renovated! 15 minutes from Place du Martroi and the SNCF station! Nice and quiet neighborhood! Ideally located to do everything on foot - close to all shops (Carrefour City at 300 m open from 7 am to 10 pm except Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm) and free parking in the neighborhood. On the other hand, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator with narrow stairs, which does not facilitate the transport of luggage. But I am at your disposal to help you!
