Best value in town. My place is good for solo adventurers, business travelers, short or long term relocation and tourists. We are close to NYC about 30 miles away. Our yard has wooded trees and garden,a nice deck to sit out on. Close to Wegmans and many surrounding restaurants. We are about a half hour away from Woodbury commons premium outlets, Lyndhurst mansion over in Tarrytown.
