Newly renovated cottage close to beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on large plot of land with very private location close to Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered terrace with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with a dining group, lounge group, sun loungers and a hot tub (hot tub) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 6 sleeping places (sofa bed). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Linen and towels are provided, as well as final cleaning.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

You have walking and biking distance to Borgholm. Free parking included. OBS! During low season (1 September-30 April) poll and jacuzzi cannot be used.

Relax with the whole family in a peaceful home within walking distance of the sea. Within five minutes walk you will find Djupviks beach with jetty and nice relaxation throughout the day. On your way to the beach, you pass by Elise restaurant with amazing food and views of the sunset of Kalmarsund. If the weather doesn't allow a day at the beach, there is plenty to discover on northern Öland. The nearest grocery store and pizzeria as well as more restaurants are 10 km away, by car or bike along the coastal road.

A real gem in Kårehamn. A tasteful home with the possibility of a party for the family. Plenty of bedrooms in a cottage that has most amenities. In addition, a neat outdoor space with a heater, which serves as an oasis both during the day and at night. Weber gas grill with several practical accessories - a small spa bath with outdoor shower for those who want a hot bath in the evening. A lovely balcony on the Attefall house overlooking Kårehamn's beautiful harbor and beyond the Baltic Sea.

Southern Sweden beautiful country house on the Emån river

Southern Sweden country house on the river Emån on the outskirts of Fliseryd. The nearest places are Mönsterås (16 Km), Oskarshamn (22 Km) and Kalmar (44 Km). To the sea is about 10 km (straight line). A big supermarket is very close in the village of Fliseryd The winterproof house is quietly located on the river with its own jetty, surrounded by meadows and forests. A golf course is just 10 minutes away. The house also has a cozy conservatory overlooking the river. Fishing no problem!
