The house is located on the outskirts of Oering in a very quiet location. Various destinations, such as the Karl May Games in Bad Segeberg, can be quickly reached via the B432 in the north-south direction (e.g. Kiel, Bad Segeberg, Norderstedt, Hamburg). The nearby A1 and A7 motorways also provide quick access to the North Sea and Baltic Sea. The nearby natural "Itzstedter See" invites you to relax and swim. In my small garden, the day can end comfortably with a barbecue.

The holiday apartment is located in the annex of our house and is located in the back part of the property adjacent to a field and not visible from the street. The garden incl. spacious terrace offers a lot of privacy. Excursions such as the Baltic Sea/ or North Sea can be reached in about an hour. The Hamburg city is about 45 minutes by car. Please note that all linen and towels are not included in the price. However, these are available separately from us.
