Small but very cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in the historic center of the city, 15 minutes' walk to Langeron Beach,close to many shops,restaurants and the Music Comedy Theatre. Quatira is suitable for guests with children,as Shevchenko Park,Lunapark and Nemo Dolphinarium are two blocks away. Smoking is only possible on the porch. Guests who break the rules and smoke in the apartment will be charged $20 for general cleaning upon check-out.

Апартаменты с потрясающим прямым видом на море (можно услышать его приятный шум) на 23 этаже. Есть все необходимое, можете чувствовать себя, как дома) Ухоженная охраняемая территория, место для парковки нужно будет найти самостоятельно, но близость к морю, Трассе здоровья, Аркадии, ресторану Санторини - это оправдывает.
