You will be staying on the second floor of the house, located 3 minutes walk to the sea descent. Fresh sea air. You will have your own cozy courtyard with a grill, bathroom and outdoor shower. The house has two separate bedrooms with comfortable sleeping places, a living room with two sofas, a little kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Particularly convenient for family rest with children.

HOUSE SEAVIEW

The house is on the shore of the black sea , literally to leave the territory and will descend on stairs (10 steps ) . Behind it is a sandy big beach !! The city center is a 40-minute drive (15-minute drive in the evening). There are neighbors only on weekends , but their windows do not open to the territory of the house and the surrounding area!! Also we can organize fishing , and also every morning on this beach the longboat comes, brings fish which you then see on bringing in in Odessa !!!

You can get to the Gold Coast beach (16th station of the Big Fountain) in 5 minutes by car. The beaches are sparse, with no breakwaters. You can see and hear them from the window.
