Holiday apartment totally new renovated with new kitchen/living room in one, the kitchen is with induction hob, hot air oven and fridge/freezer. Large tiles on the floor with underfloor heating. At the end of the room there is an entrance to a nice large loft with up to 4 sleeping places. New bathroom with shower and toilet. New bedroom with double bed that can be shared for 2 single beds if desired. Lovely terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. The garden is fenced and with 2 doors so you can completely close off if you have a dog. Parking near door

The location is in the center of the city with 5 minutes walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with DR app and Cromecast. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. In the heart of Odense, you will find/In our over 100 year old redstone villa. On the 1st floor (top floor) there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with large bathtub. In addition, there is a 50 sqm roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Assist Cemetery. The apartment is close to very close to the city and the light rail. We are a family of five living on the ground floor. Our children are 2, 5 and 8 years old. There is access to our garden including trampoline, which we also use ourselves.
