Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Enjoy our studio on LBI by walking up to the beach and chillin or take a driving down to Beach Haven for a bite to eat. When you get back our studio has a kitchenette for storing your leftovers and stream tv/wifi for cool-down time. Don't worry about parking we have an off street spot for you right out front. If you prefer to cook we have an outside grilling area with picnic tables. We are also conveniently located next to a bike shop so you can burn off some extra calories riding on Beach Ave.

Secluded home directly on the bay with plenty of outside seating both on the decks and along the bay front. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with plenty of space to spread out in the open floor plan first floor. Three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to decks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are upper and lower decks facing the bay so you can enjoy the sun and scenery.
