Simple and cozy basement apartment with nice view

In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

Studio apartment on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance centrally located at Åndalsnes. It is located about 500 m from Romsdalsgondolen Fjord Station, train and bus station, and about 100 m from Rampestreken/ Romsdalseggen hiking trail. The apartment consists of a room+bathroom, a simple kitchenette with a dining area and a double bed with a width of 150 cm. Note ceiling height only 2 meters with sloping ceilings to the sides(see pictures), as well as the kitchenette does not have a fan over the hob. Parking in courtyard.

Child-friendly. 6km to Gibostad with grocery store, gas station, light trail, tavern and Senjahuset with local artists. Want to see more photos from the farm? Search for lanes gaard on Instagram. Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Our small (38 square meters) comfortable and hight-standard guest-apartment on 2. floor is located in a quiet historic neighborhood and comfortably fits a couple. Enjoy heated floors throughout, a well equipped kitchen, fast fiber internet connection , and a TV with many cable channels. For safety there is a sprinkler system & fire alarm. Also enjoy short walking distance to the central square of Bergen (Torgalmenningen), and easy access to public transportation. Notice no elevator.

Cosy room centrally located on Nesoddtangen

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but has a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. It’s a one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo. Its 24 minutes by ferry to Nesodden from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place.

There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 mins by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.
