You can even match the single beds to have a large double bed. You'll find beautiful and spacious bathrooms, with a large shower to ensure maximum relaxation. The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. You can leave your luggage until the end of the day, for free [luggage deposit is next door, 10 meters]. ONLY FOR YOU: Handy! You can reach the apartment: - by water taxi (arrival directly in the living room) - public transport (waterbus stop 400 meters away, no bridges) It's ground floor flat, you can easily reach by foot or by canal (with taxi). The waterbus stop is about 400 meters away, without bridges. TOURIST TAX: 4€ per person (12 years or more) per night [not included]. The tax must be paid to the municipality of Venice. This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. Rooftop with Breathtaking Views. Short Walk to The Duomo.

Climb the white marble staircase to the breathtaking rooftop terrace, boasting unforgettable views of the hills surrounding Florence and the historic center. This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. IN CASE OF THEFT OR SEVERE DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE YOU WILL BE REQUESTED TO PAY THE VALUE OF THE BIKE OF 160€. Thank you WALKING: the city center is at only 15 mins walking. The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.
