All the amenities you’ll need in an open format studio. Owned by interior designers who put a lot of love and style into this updated cabin. Tucked away in Topanga (yet only minutes from town) sits Chandler Farms, a 500 sq ft cabin. Recently remodeled, the cabin is a perfect mix of rustic & luxury featuring a private deck with a hammock facing breathtaking views and a massive walk in shower. A newly remodeled guest cabin with a private front yard and a huge private deck overlooking the canyon. A gorgeous 2 person bathroom with double sinks and a spa style shower with a bench and skylight. Raw hard wood ceilings with rustic touches makes this a unique yet comfy space. Just a 2 minute drive from rustic Topanga and 10 minutes from the beaches of Santa Monica and Malibu, we are also directly across the street from Topanga state park, the largest tract of park land in Los Angeles. Trailhead is within walking distance with access to miles of trails of varying difficulty. Red Rock Canyon is also 5 minute drive. Over the ridge to the Valley is 12 minute drive with access to all modern shopping amenities and restaurants. Its really up you. We are a super chill couple with years of airbnb experience as both hosts and guests. Your space is your own private area that is connected to the main house by a short trail. We are always available to help with advice about the area or to just hang out and trade travel stories. Topanga is a special place that has been occupied by native americans for hundreds of years. They chose this area for its lush vegetations, calm winds and dry temperate climate. The moisture comes up the canyon every morning and evening to feed the vegetation. It truly is a mountainous paradise within proximity to all LA has to offer. The people are a laid back mix of musicians, artists and film makers from all over the world. You can literally get lost in the maze of meandering roads and trails that give sight to the eclectic architecture and natural vistas. Everyday the weather is near perfect - you have to experience it yourself to fully understand. A rental car is a must in LA. You can use LYFT or UBER to get to and from the city but it is not as convenient as having your own wheels. A taxi can be taken from LAX or Burbank airports to the cabin. Mountain biking and hiking are great ways to explore the area. Several trails originate near our home and can be taken all the way down to the coast. Topanga Creek Bicycles is just down the street and is one of the coolest bike shops on the west coast. They offer great deals on mountain bike rentals and can give you advice on what trails you should explore for your skill level. The cabin is a guest house on our property with its own parking space. We have 2 driveways so parking is never an issue. The cabin has a kitchen with a fridge, 2 burner range and a microwave. The private deck features a picnic table, a hammock, two lounge chairs and a small propane Weber grill. Available for any help/guidance! And we love to meet our guests but fully respect their privacy. The cabin is a few minutes' drive to Topanga and some great organic restaurants as well as fun shops. Drive to the beach in Malibu or stay in the area and commune with nature on a hike or bike ride. Topanga Creek Bicycles is just down the street and is one of the coolest bike shops on the west coast. They offer great deals on mountain bike rentals and can give you advice on what trails you should explore for your skill level.

This property sits between the main entrance to Joshua Tree National Park (15 minute drive) and Pioneertown (10 minute drive). This house has been designed to enjoy the natural landscape. Most walls can slide open to have an indoor/outdoor feel. The house has black out drapes for privacy. The pool/spa area is private with three king sized sunbeds. We will provide guests with an electronic code to access the property via the driveway gate and front door. The entire property is available for this rental. We ask that all guests be careful walking around the property as cactus are numerous. Please leave no trace on the grounds and respect the desert and the wildlife. I am available to answer any questions that you have. The property is in an area that resembles being inside the park. Your retreat begins as you leave paved roads onto desert roads composed of decomposed granite (DG) to get to the property. The house guide provides an overview of day hikes in the park. Please ask for any recommendations if you are interested in hiring a private chef to cook a high desert inspired meal, yoga instructor to teach a class or massage therapist to visit the property during your stay. A vehicle is necessary to get around the area. The home comes complete with Waterworks fixtures, Ann Sacks tile, and locally sourced items and furniture. Art by Jim Olarte. Not formally trained in Architecture, Andrew designed the exterior and interior for Boulder2Sky. Mark's family helped in building items such as the fire pit, the gate and some beds. Solar panels are used to help reduce carbon footprint.

Studio by the Beach with Separate Entrance

Open the sliding door to let the gentle sea breezes waft in and settle down to stream a favorite show on the Smart TV. The interior blends coastal touches with boho chic, and there are little luxuries like a work space and secluded private outdoor space. I adhere to the CDC cleaning protocols. I use UV C light for added disinfecting and sanitizing of the Studio, and have also added a Dyson air purifying fan and heater to insure you have clean air. This studio is located on the first floor of my three story home. The studio shares the first floor with the garage so you don't have any shared walls. You have two windows, one in the bathroom and a sliding glass door in the bedroom, they bring in light and the sea breeze but have no views. While this studio is private you may hear footsteps above, music drifting in from other parts of the house, and the sounds that come from everyday living. You'll have one parking space available on the right side of the driveway. More free parking is usually available at the end of the street, 15 houses down on panama. During the day there's extra parking at kiddie beach. I live on the two top floors of the house so i'm easily accessible for as much or as little interaction as needed. The setting on a quiet street is only half a block from channel Island harbors Kiddie Beach and 1.5 blocks to Silver Strand Beach, a popular surf spot and vantage point for catching the sunset. Watch for whales and discover a yoga studio, corner market, and salon, all only moments away. Hollywood by the sea has unique sounds too. You'll hear sea lions, boat horns, and on occasion a fog horn. Every morning at 8am you'll hear our national anthem, and at sunset you'll hear taps. You'll have to pay attention or you'll miss it. It's one of many thing I love about this area.

We are East Nashvillians of 15 years and have seen this beloved neighborhood and our own historic homes grow and flourish with new energy and color through the years. This location is an ideal spot for Boulder, far enough away from the noise of the walking mall to be quiet, but close enough for easy access. Excellent restaurants within easy walking distance: Frasca (best Italian in Colorado), River and Woods (country chic), Corrida (refined Spanish cuisine), Mateo (Provence style cuisine), Boxcar (coffee and pastries), Cured (meats and cheese), Snooze (breakfast), Foolish Craig's (breakfast), and too many more to mention. This is a quiet complex with close neighbors, boasting easy access to the center of town. Venture out and discover its restaurants, bars, and shops. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there is a bike kiosk across the street. Parking includes two dedicated spaces in a secure garage accessed with a key code that will be provided via text or email. Additional street parking is available.
